Mr. Rajeev Madan is also Proprietor, at Rajeev Madan & Co, a Chartered Accountant firm that he has been leading since 2003. Prior to that, he has been leading the Finance & Accounting vertical for Mark Exhaust Systems Limited, a tier 1 suppliers of Maruti Udyog ltd.
Mr. Rajeev Madan has worked very closely with SME Sector in Strategic Planning with Owners Driven or Professional Driven Companies as Shared CFO. The Area covered are Business Planning and execution, Arranging Growth Capital, setting up the ERP Systems, Post PE/ VC Funding Support, Business Valuations and Assessments of Financial Viability of Expansion Projects, and helping Managements in evaluating Merger & Acquisition options.
